This easy peach pie recipe is sure to be a favorite. I created this recipe using simple ingredients most people have on hand. I have to admit, however, I cheat when making pies. I almost always use store bought crusts… It just makes it so much easier and faster, and honestly, I probably wouldn’t make pies very often if I had to make crusts each time.
For this recipe, I used canned peaches. You can use fresh or canned, whichever you preger. If you do use canned peaches, be sure to drain them well. One ingredient might come as a surprise to you, but trust me, it makes the pie! If you don’t have lemon pepper, you can certainly substitute 1/4 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp lemon juice.
